Georgia is actively striving to become a country with an attractive business climate. After the adoption of a series of laws in the early 2000s, free zones appeared in the country with liberal requirements for taxation and reporting. To date, free industrial, free tourist and virtual zones have been created in the country. For conducting the activities of a non-resident company, the first ones are most interesting.
On the territory of Georgia, free industrial zones have been created in Poti, Kutaisi, Tbilisi and Batumi. Georgia is currently not included in the lists of offshore territories, but it does not participate in the tax information exchange system. Therefore, the registration of a company in one of the FIZ allows, on the one hand, to enjoy all the advantages of a traditional offshore, but without compromising the reputation of the company.
All conditions have been created for foreign investors in Georgia: preferential taxation, simplified conditions for registering companies. In addition, it is worth noting the favorable geographical position of the country: close to the main transport hubs and with access to the sea. There are five free industrial zones in Georgia: in Poti, Tbilisi, Batumi and two in Kutaisi.
Enterprises in FIZ Georgia enjoy the following benefits:
- no taxes on the production of export products (income tax on salaries is paid by employees on their own);
- no corporate tax on profits, as well as on dividends paid;
- trade between enterprises registered in the FIZ is not subject to VAT (while the sale of products to Georgia is subject to VAT + 4% tax).

Located 30 km from Tbilisi International Airport, 17 km from the center of the capital. Divided into 28 individual plots from 2000 sq.m. available for rent.
